The thesis

One bitstring. One peg. Every trait measured, then collapsed.

A 38-bit seed is generated. One seed becomes one peg. The renderer reads the resulting bitstring and draws the peg's traits — coat, mane, horn, wings, fringe — straight from the measured bits. Then the peg is rendered on Robinhood Chain.
